About Elite

Raising leaders for Christ and country.

Education at Elite is more than passing examinations. Our child-centred approach and inquiry-based curriculum are designed to inspire and engage every learner.

A message from the Head

Our Vision

To be a leading centre of academic excellence in Zimbabwe, producing well-rounded, innovative, and principled leaders who will transform their communities for Christ and country.

Our Mission

To provide high-quality, holistic, Christ-centred education through dedicated teaching, modern facilities, and strong moral values, empowering every learner to achieve their full potential academically, socially, and spiritually.

Our core values

The ELITE Way

Five values, one in every letter of our name, guiding life in the classroom, on the sports field and beyond.

Excellence

A culture of doing our best as unto the Lord. Learners set high standards, work diligently and take pride in their work.

Colossians 3:23

Leadership

Every child is a leader. Through prefectship, clubs, public speaking and daily responsibility, learners grow in servant-leadership, leading by example as Christ did.

Integrity

We build character before careers: honest in examinations, truthful in words, faithful in duties, even when no one is watching.

Teamwork

No one succeeds alone. Group projects, sports, agriculture and community work teach respect, collaboration and unity. We are one family.

Empathy

A heart for others. Through community service and peer support, learners live out Ubuntu and Christian compassion.

Our promise

When a learner leaves Elite High School, they will not only have good results. They will have good values to use those results for good.
